Downton Abbey

Downton Abbey is a British TV series on PBS (Masterpiece Classic). It depicts the lives of the aristocratic Earl and Countess of Grantham and follows the lives of the Crawley family and their servants during the reign of King George V. Filmed at Highclere Castle in Hampshire, the village of Bampton in Oxfordshire was used to film outdoor scenes such as St. Mary's Church and the library.
